Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity of Quotation: This quotation is valid for 3 days from date of issuance.
  2. Payment Terms: 80% advance with PO and remaining 20% upon completion of installation and commissioning.
  3. Delivery Time: Material delivery within 3-4 working days after advance payment and PO, subject to stock availability.
  4. Warranty: Solar Panels: 15-Year Product & 30-Year Performance Warranty. Hybrid Inverter: 7-Year Replacement Warranty. Lithium Battery: 6-Year Replacement Warranty or 8000 Cycles. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer policies.
  5. Price Variation: Prices may change due to exchange rate, taxes, duties, stock availability or market conditions before order confirmation.
  6. Scope of Work: Quoted price includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning as mentioned in BOQ. Extra civil/electrical work will be charged separately.
  7. Site Readiness: Customer shall ensure site accessibility and readiness before installation commencement.
  8. Force Majeure: Delivery/installation may be affected by weather, government restrictions, strikes or logistical delays.
  9. Ownership of Material: Material supplied shall remain company property until full payment is received.
  10. Cancellation: Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once material procurement or dispatch has been initiated.
  11. Taxes: Applicable government taxes, if any, shall be charged as per prevailing laws and regulations.
